Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or making a purchase. By accessing or using www.maynuo.eu, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • You / Customer: The user of the website or buyer of products.

These Terms apply to all visits to the website, offers, orders, and agreements between you and JRSE B.V. for the sale of electronic test and measurement equipment (e.g., programmable DC loads, power supplies, and related accessories).

2. Applicability

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, quotations, orders, and agreements concluded via the website or otherwise with JRSE B.V. They exclude any conflicting terms from the Customer unless expressly agreed in writing by us.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of changes. Significant changes will be notified on the website.

3. Offers and Orders

  • All offers and prices on the website are subject to change without notice and are valid while stocks last.
  • Prices are in Euros (€) and include Dutch VAT (where applicable) unless stated otherwise. Shipping, duties, taxes, or customs fees for non-EU deliveries are additional and borne by the Customer.
  • Orders are binding once we confirm them in writing (e.g., via email). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or errors.

4. Payment

  • Payment must be made in full before delivery unless otherwise agreed.
  • Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.
  • Ownership (title) of goods remains with JRSE B.V. until full payment is received. Risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery.

5. Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure.
  • Shipping is typically via reputable carriers (e.g., UPS, DHL). The Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
  • For international shipments, the Customer handles import duties, taxes, and compliance with local regulations.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period) – Consumers Only

As an EU-based seller, for distance contracts with consumers (natural persons acting outside their trade, business, or profession):

  • You have a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods.
  • You may withdraw without giving any reason.
  • To exercise this right, notify us clearly (e.g., via email to info@maynuo.eu) within 14 days. You may use the model withdrawal form provided on our site or in order confirmations.

Obligations upon withdrawal:

  • Return the goods in original, unused, and resalable condition (including packaging and accessories) within 14 days of notifying us.
  • You bear the direct costs of return shipping unless we agree otherwise.
  • We will refund the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method.
  • We may withhold refund until we receive the goods or proof of return.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene/health reasons or are inseparably mixed after delivery.
  • Digital content or software once downloaded (if you consented to immediate performance).
  • Sealed products opened after delivery.

7. Warranty and Conformity

  • We provide a standard manufacturer's warranty (typically 1-3 years depending on the product). Specific terms are in the product documentation or order confirmation.
  • Products must conform to the agreement (fit for purpose, as described). Consumers benefit from EU legal guarantees (minimum 2 years for conformity defects).
  • Complaints must be reported promptly (within 2 months of discovery) with proof of purchase and photos.
  • Our warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or damage from improper installation/use.

We may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability is limited to the value of the specific order (or the amount covered by our insurance).
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (e.g., loss of data, profit, business interruption).
  • We are not liable for damages resulting from force majeure, third-party actions, or Customer misuse.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death/personal injury due to negligence, fraud, or mandatory legal provisions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (text, images, logos, product data) is owned by JRSE B.V. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without prior written consent. Product trademarks remain with their respective owners.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (separate document) and applicable GDPR rules. By using the site, you consent to such processing as described.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes.
  • Submit false information or engage in fraudulent activities.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access or disrupt the site.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and any agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law, excluding the UN CISG (Vienna Convention).
  • Disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If not, they will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands (district of the Seller's location, e.g., 's-Hertogenbosch or as per applicable rules).

13. Severability

If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in full force. The invalid provision will be replaced by one closest to its original intent.

14. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes affecting ongoing orders, we will notify you.
